Newton Aycliffe and Shildon

The Parish of Newton Aycliffe and Shildon have come forward to help us. These two communities are together called Holy Family, not a mere coincidence but by Divine Providence that they have the same name as our charity home and have offered their support. They are working together with their priest, Fr Michael Whalen who took over these parishes in 2014. Fr Michael has supported our project since 2004.  Since July last year, these parishes have raised over £5000 for us and their fundraising is ongoing. 

In June they will offer us their annual church collection and there will be a fundraising social in the evening. We wish to thank them for all their efforts.
